''Muke Spelling'' competition for refugee children in Uganda's Kyaka II camp

A spelling contest was organized on Thursday November 3, 2022 at the initiative of the Muke Company.

They were 50 refugee children who came to represent themselves that day, and to come and thwart some pitfalls of the English language by confronting a difficult text.

The award ceremony took place on November 18 in the presence of Mr. Matabishi Bumba and Miss Judith Kituta Esther.

The first three won a diploma, a book, and a Cultura gift card.

The 4th and 5th also had a literary game.

The ranking is as follows:

1st: Astride Bisimwa

2nd: Amani Kabunga

3rd: Grace Chiruza

4th: Akitowa Agape

5th: Garolampa Bitonjwa
