The Muke Society thanks Didia Don Bosco Secondary School of Tanzania for their donations

Muke Society and the children and young refugees who received balls and other sports equipment, warmly thanked Didia Don Bosco Secondary School of Tanzania as well as the priest Joachim Sivali for the donation of basketballs and other sports equipment who have facilitated the integration of refugees into our local community and the regular holding of training and sports competitions between our teams. “The organization of teams and tournaments facilitates dialogue between the different sites hosting refugees and the villages of the region.”

Sport is a vital activity for refugee children and young people and a wonderful meeting opportunity for associations of refugee children and young people who develop awareness programs on drugs, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS. “Sport gives them an ideal opportunity to bring together many teenagers and discuss various topics concerning refugee children and young people,” said Coach Matabishi Bumba.
