I-Direction
General operation
- Guarantee the general functioning of the School
Human Resources / Management
- Coordinate and federate the staff dedicated to the school
- Guarantee the proper implementation of the human resources management policy (remuneration, statutes, contracts, annual evaluation interviews, etc.) in compliance with legal standards and the principles set out
Finance
- Develop the operating budget to ensure that it is strictly adhered to
- Establish reports, monitor performance indicators (number of children, educational costs and margin, operating costs, rate of re-enrollment of children, registrations, etc.) and implement, if necessary, corrective actions
- Liaise with the General Secretariat Services (accounting, etc.)
General Services
- Ensure the management and maintenance of the premises with a view to optimization while respecting the standards
- Ensure the proper functioning of the site and its supply within the framework of the budget and operating rules
Compliance
- Represent the School with administrative and institutional authorities.
- Participate in the drafting and renewal of accreditation files
- Be the guarantor of legal, administrative and academic obligations
- Ensure the validity of all documents relating to the good administrative management of the school
II - Pedagogy
Educational engineering
- Participate and contribute to pedagogical reflections with a view to improving programs and courses or designing new content and study paths
- Ensure the implementation of educational pathways
- Develop partnerships with other schools and with companies in conjunction with the children's educational work (case studies, etc.) and in conjunction with the Corporate Relations Department
Teaching process
- Ensure the proper functioning of the educational organization of the school
- Ensure the proper construction of the learners' professional project and the qualitative and quantitative progress of the professional integration data (satisfaction surveys)
- Provide lessons within the scope defined each school year if necessary
Pedagogical body
- Ensure, in close collaboration with the teaching team, the process of recruiting stakeholders by guaranteeing strict compliance with the regulatory and budgetary framework defined
Refugee children life
- Facilitate the development of student and associative life in the school
- Supervise and monitor extra-curricular activities
III - Communication and development
- Recruit, in accordance with business objectives, the children necessary for the development of the school and coordinate the various interviews
- Ensure the promotion of the school and the influence in the region (Fairs, surveys, social networks, etc.),

Required profile
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience of teaching and Program Management in kindergarten education
- Management capacity
- Knowledge of the local environment and perfect command of English
- Perfect mastery of Pack Office

About the Muke Company
The Muke Society is a non-profit organization created in 2020 by Matabishi Bumba Muke with the aim of helping refugee children and young people living in the Kyaka II Refugee Settlement camp in Uganda.
