Launch of a basketball academy to ensure access to education for refugee children in the Sweswe Zone

On May 16, 2023, the Muke Society will launch a major initiative to ensure access to education for refugee children and young people currently out of school in the Kyaka II Refugee Settlement camp in Uganda. This initiative is inspired by the efforts made by the Muke Society's program for education, which has enabled more than 500 refugee children to practice their favorite sports since 2021. It is also an opportunity to inform young refugees that in July 2023, the Muke Company will also launch a program that offers training to young refugees, in the fields of computer graphics, T-shirt printing, music, cinema, foreign languages, videography and l computer science in order to provide them with skills that will allow them to meet their needs and build a better future...
